Superior Spray In/On Bedliners
TUFF/KOTE is a truly high performance aliphatic polyurea elastomer with high tensile strength, elongation, and abrasion resistance. It also has superior color retention, gloss retention, chemical resistance, and storage ability due to it being aliphatic-based, not aromatic-based like other urethane and urea liners. This also means that its high physical properties will stay high, not drop off quickly after exposure to sun and weather as every aromatic liner does. It sprays up fast with coats nearly 1/8" thick on horizontal surfaces, and it dries quickly for a batch-mix. Excellent uses are as a van or box truck bedliner, trailer lining, shelve lining or anywhere a strong abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, AND weather-resistant liner is required.
