STEP 3: Structure Cleaning Clean and restore items such as flooring, walls, air-ducts and ceilings removing residue with a “ceiling to floor pattern” to ensure optimal results. STEP 4: Evaluate Contents Fire and smoke may not be completely destructive. Though some items may be more cost efficient to replace, those valuables which can be cleaned and restored should be identified and tagged. STEP 5: Contents Cleaned Clean and restore items such as furniture, accessories and surfaces with various methods based on the extent and type of damage. STEP 6: Restoring Lives The customers valuables should be returned to the home or office or safely stored in a facilities until the restoration is complete.
