What information does A&A Supply Company need from me?
When placing an order on this or any other site certain information is needed to processes the order. Your name and billing address associated with the credit card you are using, your credit card information, e-mail address and shipping address.
Why do you need more then one address from me?
In most cases A&A Supply Company only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. A&A Supply Company will ship to any location within the continental U.S.
What happens to my information when I send it?
The information you provided us will is used only to be used to complete your order. When your credit card is processed, the billing address you provided is then matched to protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and product information goes to our shipping department, all billing and credit card information is kept with the original invoice in our system.
When is my credit card charged?
A&A Supply Company charges your credit card at the time your order is placed. In order to receive a conformation number and secure the product for you we must have payment
Net 15 days (for companies with an approved credit application on file). For your convenience we also accept MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: We at this time cannot ship C.O.D.
OUR MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order is $25.00. Orders less than $25.00 will be charged a $15.00 handling fee.
A&A Supply Company ships via FedEx on all orders considered non truck freight. A&A Supply Company will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, A&A Supply Company reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.

Free ground shipping is available on Chemical purchases totaling $500.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free shipping is UPS Ground.

A&A Supply Company holds no responsibility for any damages incurred from the products we sell. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
If you receive merchandise that is defective or if you are not satisfied with an order please contact us for a return authorization number. We suggest that in addition to your phone call you send a email which includes your name, the order #, the product model and name and the problem you are experiencing so as to document this in the time frame that is required. You will need a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. You must call within Seven Days after receiving the product. A Restocking Fee as well as all Shipping Charges will be charged.
Try as we may, there are times when we may be out of a certain item. When this happens we will maintain your order on file as soon as the product arrives at our location we will ship it out to you immediately. If you do not want back orders please inform us before the order is placed.
Special Order Items
Orders for special order products “non-stocking items” require payment in FULL when the order is placed. Special Order Products, Electrical Item’s, Chemical’s or Items that will Indemnify us against lost CANNOT BE RETURNED. Make sure you have done your research and are sure about your order Before you place your order for a Special Order Item
